Within this role, you will have responsibility for resolving customers' issues and where appropriate co-ordinate internal resources to provide solutions.

We are looking for a confident, motivated individual to expand our technical team.  The successful applicant will be a team player and be able to demonstrate a strong interest in open source technologies.

The ideal candidate would have commercial experience of Linux, network services (such as Apache, Bind, Samba, NFS, SSH) and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, mySQL etc.). A technical or scientific degree, as well as participation in or working towards contributing to open source projects would be desirable.
